Imagine hating me and I’m home comparing my Vedic and tropical natal charts alongside my human design bodygraph and cardology birth and planetary ruling cards all at once like this.

Theory time! And explaining my vision

So... "Node", "I", "Eye" or "Ai", right? What if this entity's body doesn't actually belong to it?

This is just my little brainstorm that i did because i needed to base my design off something, so i chose the "Gaster route", if you will.

Node and the body we associate with Node are originally two separate entities. Node itself is a being without a body. Internet at large, if you will, its "antivirus".

And the original owner of the body is a regular stickfigure. I imagine the og owner to be some type of researcher/scientist, who may or may not have had some type of a relationship with the Conductor and who's research was mainly focused on the laws of internet and its rules, which is also how he came to meet the Conductor.

But at some point some form of an "incident" happened. Was it an honest mistake? An accident? A murder? Maybe a coincidence? Who knows! The only fact here is that as a result of this incident the stick died and his code was torn across space, going dormant.

That is until the inciting incident of Animation Versus' story mode, where for one reason or another there was a disturbance in the internet, causing the entity known by many names to awaken. But for that it would also need a body. So it collected and reconnected the pieces of code that were scattered, recreating the original stick's body and taking it for itself.

Of course, some pieces were lost in the cracks, causing the face to be lost entirely, the whole body being discoloured and translucent, and the clothes to be warped, as some pieces of other broken codes were used to fill in the blanks.

Tl;DR: Node's body originally belonged to a stick who got "Gastered", and then recreated and taken over by the entity of many names.

Day 25: Going Out for a Bite

CT scanner in Blender almost working now.

Leftmost image is the source I'm using. Center image is the 'xray' image that I created from the source. With enough 'xray' images from different angles the source object should be recreatable, and that what the rightmost image is suppose to be.

My previous attempt used 250 cubes rotates around with volume shaders to produce a fog of the object. This causes some problems as the fogs dont really 'add' in blender and was hitting some limits in the depth cause not enough information to come through.

This new method uses geometry nodes. Instead of creating the fogs through the shader and rendering it is done using geometry nodes at runtime.

each node holds a small instruction set that adds the image at a small rotation. Each node was created by hand, as geo nodes scripting is a little different from shader nodes scripting and this process really wasnt that difficult to do (mostly just me remembering how many nodes I need to create as I can copy paste blocks).

With this being done in geo nodes I can also do more to the object. Something I see from CT scanners is slicing up the created object to view slices.

With geo nodes this is quite easy and in theory I should be able to start pulling internal data if I had any to begin with.

I think at this point its a problem with the 'xrays' I made. There should be a way to make them better as it was something I made in 20 minutes after a job interview about Tomography. But thats for later, my back hurts and I'm starting to see grid lines from all those nodes.

I can feel the new version of myself coming down the birth canal lmao

The interesting thing about these first house transits in Gemini is that I’m feeling a LOT of tension between my old habits and my new way of thinking and feeling.

This week has felt like the same drudgery I went through months ago, but it’s different. Like I’m being asked to step up and embrace my own power. Challenged to do it differently.

As a Gem rising my mind leads the show quite a bit, but I’ve learned that’s not really right. My intuition knows better. These first house transits have triggered old patterns but I feel way more conflict than before. The new way is winning, and maybe that’s the point. Being pushed until you can’t not do what you have to.

I just removed some negative posts I made this past week. I think it’s important not to keep complaining about shitty things publicly because I’m bringing them into existence.

All this yapping and whining is for my diary where they can decay in privacy, not on my blog that I’m publishing out in the world.

The negative talk is disempowering me, and I’ve realized how absurd it is for someone strong to complain about small things.

I know someone who runs a successful business, and they’re even an influencer on the side, but you can still FEEL how insecure they are. And it’s like, you have so much going for you, more than most people will accomplish. What are you so mad about?

I’m that kind of person too. I have SO SO many things on my side that I push people away when I express from this disempowered place. They probably think the same thing.

I think I’m still shedding my old skin. I wish it’d be over already. I’m itchy to use my new body.

There’s a mental layer that I’m trying to slough off, too. It has very deep roots and I’m worried it won’t come off. It has to. I’m ready to do anything to get rid of it.

for the most part chill but Jtop gave some great insight to how steel wool works also along with Scott, and in turn it helps understand how they come to Decisions they do. jtop specifically didnt answer the exact question when john asked if fans theories about the story sway their opinions and affect later story, but from what I got I think that they dont do that. it was a super cool watch tho very insightful

there WAS however a big mention that could genuinely affect the story as we know it currently as like a lore drop:

this is HUGE. Jtop basically just dropped that m.x.e.s is NOT a modern computer, so this might completely throw the concept of 3 star fam or even any character from the modern day being the original creators of m.x.e.s. he probably doesn’t even mean it as purely a design choice either to convey the ‘super computer’ vibe, he meant it literally like u can see him trying to nod along to what john was undoubtedly thinking

idk how canon mimics book backstory is to the games, or i should say how different it’s backstory would be in the games comparitevely, but gregory did say that m.x.e.s “was designed to keep it hidden”, not “we designed it”. but it also means that m.x.e.s WAS created for the mimic, but who knows how long ago or who it was that made it
